Sentencing

1. Page 2-18 Angela Andrews wants documents sealed from the public.  Why?

2. Page 11-12 Judge says, "many good points about the Burger case.  Doesn't leave much room for maneuvering here."  And then he denies the motion.  Judge agreed with the motion and then denied it.

3. Page 29-3 Prosecution is using other act evidence not submitted at trial which are totally unverifiable as the acts of the defendant, as aggravating factors.  Not permitted.

4. Page 31-11 No proof defendant did this.  Is defendant responsible for every bad thing that happened to the Roberts family?  Ineffective assistance of counsel.
