Page 16-12 Roberts phone number is not a listed phone number. Therefore the caller could only have come from someone close to Roberts such as someone who attended church services with Roberts because his phone number is listed in the church programs.

Page 32-5 The 1983 bullet was never tested for prints or DNA and never collected by Tucker.

Page 67-3 It was after business hours. Perimeter doors from the outside were all locked. The door to her office is solid with a combination lock. She heard someone attempt to get in her office. It's the care, a few minutes later she left the office and found on the floor next to her door an envelope from the Type Church of Name Latter-day Saints . The person who did this either had been outdoor door key or remain inside the building after it was locked up to the outside. This tends to indicate the perpetrator was a forestry service employee or someone with security access to the building.

Page 107-13 The default file extension for Windows notepad is .TXT while the default file extension for both Windows Wordpad and Microsoft Word is .DOC. The file extension .001 indicates nothing and no program associations exist for this file extension. Because of this it is highly probable these files were tempered with.
